Please note that closer to the Conference a late registration price will apply.

**NOTE: The Student rate applies to full-time students only not Post Doc. You must be a full-time student at the time of registering, even if you won't be a full-time student by the date of the conference. You must upload a valid full-time student ID when registering and these will be checked by the Conference Organiser. If you register at the student rate and do not have a valid full-time student ID your registration will be changed to the non-student rate and you will need to pay the difference.

INCLUSIONS
Registration includes networking morning and afternoon tea. It also includes a ticket to the Welcome Reception, however, as tickets are not automatically allocated to this event, you will need to indicate your attendance during the registration process.
Registration includes:

  2. Morning and afternoon tea each day
  3. Ticket to the Welcome Reception (Sunday 27 July). Tickets are not automatically allocated to this event so please make sure you select a ticket when you register
  4. Conference Program Book
Lunch Options Although lunch is not included in the registration, the Conference venue is within Southbank Parklands - a vibrant restaurant and cafe area with many options for sit-down or take-away dining. The Convention Centre also has two cafes which will be open during the conference.

POLICIES

Payment Policy: It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the commencement of the event. If this full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Office. Cancellations up to 30 days prior will receive a refund of the registration fee, less an administrative charge of $125. Refunds after this date will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Conference Registration provided the Conference Registration Office is advised in writing.

Privacy Notice: The primary purpose for collecting personal information supplied on this form is to process your registration. These details will be used to keep you informed of future ICON events, and on the Conference delegate listing provided to delegates and sponsors.
